Summary: Ani ta Shrager won a full scholarship to the University of the Arts, where she graduated with a degree in illustration and Painting. Since settling in Bucks County she has taught and painted en plein air the river towns and landscapes of the area.
A few of Anita’s honors include:
- Two Gold Medals from the National Arts Club
- The Grumbacher Gold Medal for Excellence in Oil Color (National Award)
- Four awards from the Phillip’s Mill Juried Art Exhibition; and most recently,
- Selected as one of five featured artists in the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce Artists’ Studio Tour 2007
- Invited to teach two classes this summer in the Buck’s County region
